[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] dunnowhat subtitles fix

This patch fixes the dunnowhat subtitles.
They are PJS files (Phoenix Japanimation Society) and they are timed in 
tenths of seconds.
The patch modifies subreader.c, subreader.h and the english docs 
(manpage and install.xml).
I didn´t include a dump option, but if you think it will be useful I´ll 
add it.
I think (is a guess) this format was used in the old days when people 
used Commodore Amiga machines to add subtitles to VHSs.
I´ll try to upload a couple of PJS files.
