[MPlayer-dev-eng] VFW Cinepak Video broken

I have uploaded a sample of 'cvid' with name WIN98.QT
When played with vfw interface ("iccvid.dll") 
I see motion artifacts in some frames. I suspect michmach with frame ordering.
When played with native cvid codec everything is ok.(There is one broken frame
in the move, if you have a better copy of this "presentation" 
I will be happy to get it:)
