[MPlayer-dev-eng] GPL ?

Hi,

Afaik mplayer is now 100% GPL/LGPL. right?
So, time to update the documentation about binary packages, things described
there no more valid.

The unresolved issues:
- ao/vo/codec plugins are compiled in, so binary packages either depends
on lots of libs or has truccated to low functionality
- there is runtime cpu detection. it's fast, but recompiling to trhe given cpu
still helps a few % - note, mplayer prints this at the startup!
