Hello,
I'm news on this list and i apologize for my bad english.
I read archives of months 03 and 04/05 and i don't find the answer of my
problem.
I'm running on Slack 10.0 with some libs compile by me.
When i compile and run Mplayer-1.0pre5 and play a dvd, all is ok.
When i compile and run Mplayer-1.0pre7 with the same options, i have
this message:
.....
> Cannot find codec 'dts' in libavcodec...
> ADecoder init failed :(
> No accelerated IMDCT transform found
> The selected video_out device is incompatible with this codec.
> [AO OSS] Can't set audio device /dev/dsp to ac3 output, trying s16le...
> [format] Sample format big-endian AC3 not yet supported
> [libaf] Reinitialization did not work, audio filter 'format' returned
error code -2
> Couldn't find matching filter/ao format!
.......
The same error output on pre5:
.....
< Linux RTC init error in ioctl (rtc_irqp_set 1024): Permission non accordée
< Can't open input config file /home/pierre/.mplayer/input.conf: Aucun
fichier ou répertoire de ce type
< Can't open input config file /usr/local/etc/mplayer/input.conf: Aucun
fichier ou répertoire de ce type
........
and on normal output on pre5:
< Checking audio filter chain for 48000Hz/2ch/16bit -> 48000Hz/2ch/16bit...
< AF_pre: af format: 2 bps, 2 ch, 48000 hz, little endian signed int
< AF_pre: 48000Hz 2ch Signed 16-bit (Little-Endian)
< AO: [oss] 48000Hz 2ch Signed 16-bit (Little-Endian) (2 bps)
< Building audio filter chain for 48000Hz/2ch/16bit -> 48000Hz/2ch/16bit...
< Démarre la lecture...
.......
Om pre5, MPlayer say byte audio format in little endian and on pre7, the
same audio, in big-endian.
I have the same thing with pre6a; only pre5 works fine.
Thanks for your answer.
Pierre
