Yes, 2 is fixed, but unplayable pnm streams will stay broken unless
someone fixes the authentication (now mplayer does some tricks, that
include sending a fixed old timestamp, and that could be the problem).
EOF detection is very hacky (stop streaming when server stop answering),
but seem to work.
