I'm afraid not. Matrox has sold G400's for the budget-market, without
dual-head functionality.

The G400 is an almost antique card, so don't compare it to what is now on
the market.
Also, note you bought/got a stripped version. That's not Matrox's fault ...

If you insist of using a Matrox card, get one of the newer ones. :-)
