Very Simple & maybe Stupid Question.

Can anyone give me some pointers on how to use memcoder? transcode.pl stuffs
like that.. currently using tmpgenc in windows.

basically want to convert .mov .asf .avi to mpgs to burn into VCD

maybe you're gonna answer.. RTFM?? :)
