[MPlayer-users] minor build problems with 1.0pre2

I have encountered two minor build problems with both 1.0pre1 and
1.0pre2:

1. Temporary file left over after configure. This is because the
"Matroska support" check creates a new temp file name as TMPC=${TMPC}pp
in configure, and that file never gets removed.

2. "make install" moves the old $(CONFDIR)/codecs.conf to
$(CONFDIR)/codecs.conf.old, but it does not install the new codecs.conf.
