Whoha! A "do it all for me"-tool :) I wish I could use this, but I got 
problems with my PERL graphical output :-/ (And I don't want to fix it 
because I am spending already enough time infront of a CRT ;-)

But if You're interested in this kind of tools You could have a look at 
this one:

It seems to be similar to the AcidRip. Also PERL. But uses - AFAIK - 
transcode for processing?!
(Just couldn't get it run, as mentioned.)
