[MPlayer-users] cut the video

Hello,

I try to cut pricisely some encoded video, -ss, -endpos, -frames work 
very well, bur osd doesn't.

How to mark (or to notice) exactly, at the precision of a second (a 
frame ?), the point where to cut ?
