choose a good part, where a-v desync is easily visible (ppl talking, etc)

yes, it is not yet implemented ;(

it's on the TODO
after the 0.90 release, i'll partially rewrite the demuxer layer, to be able
to handle more than 1-1 a/v streams, and to handle forced a-v delay better.
currently option -delay (and also files with a-v delay set in header) work
very bad.

yes, you forgot to rtfm, about -ofps and telecined video
