[MPlayer-users] vob subtitles broken since pre1?

Hello,

I have a problem with incorrect display of *.vob subtitles. Here are two 
screenshots:

- http://pp.siedziba.pl/mplayer1.png - This is how it looks on pre2,3,4 
and latest CVS build (20020515). Subtitles are unreadable.

- http://pp.siedziba.pl/mplayer2.png - This is how it looks on pre1 version.

My OS is PLD Linux, kernel 2.2.20, XFree86 4.2.0, NVidia driver 
1.0.2880. Hardware: Celeron 800MHz on Intel 815, NVidia TNT2 M64.

I compile MPlayer with:
gcc version 2.95.4 20010319 (prerelease)
GNU ld version 2.11.90.0.19 (with BFD 2.11.90.0.19)
GNU assembler 2.11.90.0.19

I have uploaded a sample (vobsub_problems.*) to 
ftp://mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/incoming/
I have no other movies with vob subtitles so I can't tell whether it is 
a problem with this particular movie or with all such movies. Can 
someone check if this is a problem with my compiler/os/hardware or with 
MPlayer?
