[MPlayer-users] encoding using mencoder

I was wondering if anyone could help me out with a simple(?) task... I
would like to take a divx file and encode it to VCD compatible MPG. I've
read the man page and the docs and frankly I guess you need a better
working knowledge of all the ins and outs of video processing to
understand the options. If someone could help.. Thanks
