Alright, this DID do part of the trick.

Nobody paid attention to the followin ugly fact though... (sorry, didn't mention it in the report).

What happens is that I get for example a 360x240 cropped video scaled to 720x540. If I really need scaling to adjust for the original Movie-Aspect being 1.33:1, then I guess I need an output of 360x270 or something? Actually, no matter how much I crop the video, I always get a 720x540 output.
