hmm. -pp should be ignored when using ff* codecs.
(-pp only controls in-codecs postprocessing, currently only supported by
some dshow and the divx4/divx5linux codecs)

for codecs with no builtin postproc code use -vop pp=xxx instead of -pp xxx
