[MPlayer-users] gmplayer won't let me select /dev/dsp0.1 for output

I'm running oss virtual channels with FreeBSD 4.7-RELEASE without 
problems. And I can run xmms, mpg123 and several instances of 
mplayer simultaneously. 

The only problem that I have is due to the linear interpolation 
between sample points which limit the sample rate to 44100 Hz, 
but mplayer can resample the audio stream with "-srate".
