I once had nothing to do and looped over all the contents in
/usr/share/i18n/charmaps/ to create fonts in all encodings supported on
my box. If anyone interested:

Size is 18, Arial.

Haven't touched them in a long time, since you guys introduced freetype
something like a month after that in CVS.
