[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] faad2 output_to_PCM fix in FIXED_POINT

Hi,

mplayer, using faad compiled with FIXED_POINT, crashes decoding

http://www.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/samples/A-codecs/AAC/Bandit.mp4

the problem is that the rewritten otuput_to_PCM does not handle well,
in the FAAD_FMT_16BIT case, samples with channels == 2 but only one
mapped. Is this patch ok?

Note: this applies to the current mplayer snapshot and to the new one as well.
