Hi All.

Color spu menu button implemented:

RGB/BGR format: rgb15, rgb16, rgb24, rgb32, bgr15, bgr16, bgr24, bgr32
YUV format: yuv12, i420, iyuv (partially)
VO: dfbmga, dga, directx, fbdev, fbdev2, gl2, sdl, svga, tdfxfb, vesa, x11, 
xv, yuv4mpeg
Tested: sdl, x11, xv

Not implemented:
in the spudec_draw_scaled() the nav color button spu of the resizing

I updated with CVS.
