\o/ Wow, that's a fantastic patch you've got here! I had a
work-in-progress patch on the works to attempt to do smth similar to
what your patch offers, but nothing as sexy as your solution.

I'll give it a go ASAP, and make dead sure it makes its way to CVS one
way or the other.
