[MPlayer-dev-eng] Translators: please add a help_mp-??.h.charset file

Hi,
to make the --charset configure option work, please add a
help_mp-??.h.charset file for the translations you maintain (and correct
the existing ones if I did something wrong), containing the charset the
corresponding help_mp-??.h file uses.
iconv -l gives a list of the charset names you can use...
