[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] (variable) framerate autodetection for H264

Hi,
this patch determines automatically the framerate of H264 video in 
bytestream syntax,
when the container IS either raw or mpeg-ts (maybe I should add 
DEMUXER_TYPE_LAVF?) .
It also recalculates the fps if it changes (tested appending various files).

Michael, Loren, is it ok to commit?
