no; it's all work done in the muxer because if I had to clean
and pass around all the informations (an incredible mess) that
telecining implies I would have to break the work done in video.c
(that is somewhat working, at least mostly, but I don't understand how),
fill more stuff in sh_video and especially create more infrastructure
to pass these data from mencoder to the various muxers.
