No, not at all! If he kills someone with no reason at all, he can
plead insanity and not go in jail!! How about that?

Now, back about the real reason why it's a bad patch: The Wanderer
says it all: it makes the playback experience a lot less enjoyable
than without it, so there's no reason to apply it.
