[MPlayer-dev-eng] Using UTF-8 in the "about.c" GTK interface

Hi there,
My last commit triggers a gtk assertion error when displaying the
"about" window in MPlayer GUI. The way to fix this is either to remove
all accents or to convert this file to UTF-8 (I'd prefer this
solution).
I attached the patch that converts this file to UTF8.

Thoughts?
