Sometimes I find the wierdest things on slashdot...

The server with the video file is rather slow (probably slashdotted), so
I mirrored it here:

According to fourcc.org, M263 is Micorosoft's h.263. As far as I can
tell, ffh263 plays it just fine. The attached patch adds it to codecs.conf.
