[MPlayer-dev-eng] aspect4

hi
I had made few test with ffmpeg - mpeg2 encoding.
I was supriced why I cannot use aspect 2.21, while
it is correctly defined and inserted into the bitstream.
I had tracked the problem to mplayer, and video.c file
where demuxer reads the aspect.
If you have any files with aspect #4, that is not
2.21 then I would like to get it. And you'd better know
how this file have been created ;)
