Hello MPlayer-dev-eng,

first of all I'd like to thank you for the great job
you do.

I am writing you to spot a little problem with mplayer
-tv on FreeBSD.
The problem and the solution are described here :

by Simun Mikecin. The problem is 

"Version 0.92 of mplayer uses float type variable as
an argument to
METEORSFPS ioctl (which sets the frame rate).  But
that ioctl actually expects u_short."

Solution is simple so i will not send you a patch(the
one in the URL will not apply clean)
just truncate the float before passing it to the
METEORSFPS ioctl in tvi_bsdbt848.c.
