No, I'll do it. I've just committed your stuff, now I'm re-checking to
make sure my commit hasn't broken anything, then I'll add the
rest. Should be done in an hour or so max (well, one of the changes was
deborking the subtitle handling, but you've changed that so much that I
can't just use the patch I used for demux_mkv.cpp. Anyway, I'll do it).

I've also fixed one or two other minor things. Can't exactly remember
what it was... If you're curious just diff between your local copy and
the one I've checked a moment ago.
