[MPlayer-dev-eng] WM9 codecs broken?

I've been using mplayer to play the stream from KFOG radio in San 
Francisco. Starting yesterday I get:

    Playing http://38.119.100.187/sq_kfog
    Server return 400:Bad Request
    Failed to parse header
    Unknown protocol: http_pro¸$ÐçT¸$+bÑÿ¿¸$Ñÿ¿?tÕ¸$Ñÿ¿P®R(@ÄYPp(@P ?¢@!
    asf_streaming_start failed
    Unable to open URL: http://38.119.100.187/sq_kfog

The stream plays fine on Windows via Windows Media player, which 
indicates it's a WM9 stream. I'm running MPlayer 0.92-3.3.1 with 
w32codec-0.90-3.pm.0. Anything I can do to provide useful debugging?
