[MPlayer-dev-eng] fixed-vo gives trouble

It seems this is not directly related to fixed-vo, but actually to
playing a file with -fs and the next with -nofs.
Didn't have time to look into it any closer...

It depends where you put -fs. If you put it before the filenames
it will play all files with -fs otherwise only the first.
The problem is that I'm not sure what should happen if the user resizes the
window or presses f during play. Open the next file in the same
resized window or adjust the windows size to match the movies size?
