[MPlayer-dev-eng] Why is the mplayer-1.0pre3-dumpvideo.diff patch not applied?

Patch attached adds a "raw" muxer, which only handles one stream and 
throws out the audio. I didn't think this would be useful for anyone but 
me, but given the above and what I read of the ensuing discussion, here 
it is..
