[MPlayer-dev-eng] dfbmga patches

Heyo,

There are quite a few dfbmga patches around that are neither
commited nor really commented.
Could someone either group those that should be commited
together as one big patch (or a collection of patches but
in one mail) or if possible apply all them ?
