[MPlayer-dev-eng] [Patch] Recognize "video/x-ms-asf; charset=utf-8" mime type

This is a one liner.

The newer MS tools produce  "video/x-ms-asf; charset=utf-8" 
for asx redirectors. Luckily, we may assume that this is
always a playlist or redirector, so none of the crud from
my previous patch is needed. 

An example URL is 

"http://g.msn.com/0VD0/02/26?m=apprentice_bts.wmv&csid=3&sd=mbr"
