[MPlayer-dev-eng] avifix

A new program appeared in TOOLS directory, avifix.c by Arpi. Can
somebody please rename it, so it won't ever conflict or be confused with
existing avifix tool from transcode?

[mosgalin at washi BUILD]$ rpm -qf /usr/bin/avifix 
transcode-0.6.12-1msg

For example, it says "avi-fix v0.1" in header, so renaming it to
avi-fix.c is a good idea.
