I talked to a guy at my university that showed some interest in the
German translation, but unfortunately I haven't heard from him since.

We also have a few unmaintained console message (help/help_mp-XX.h)
translations, namely:

* Norwegian
* Romanian
* (Brazilian) Portuguese
* Turkish

So if anybody wants to step up and maintain these, be my guest, it's
very little work.  Just read DOCS/tech/translations.txt and start
sending patches.
