[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] cvs build fix day 2 (patch included)

This time I included the patch file sorry for earlier
mistake.

Here is an updated patch for compiling CVS

it affects these files
./libmpdemux/aviheader.h
Needed to define enums as static or linking of final
executable fails
error of multiple definitions 
Note: I have live.com support enabled in my builds

./libmpcodecs/vfw.h
copied form wine and made slight modification to.
needed for vfw
./libmpcodecs/ms_hdr.h
only the parts from wine which were required.
./libmpcodecs/acm.h
some parts from wine required for ACM only
./libmpcodecs/ad_acm.c
add new headers
./libmpcodecs/ad_qtaudio.c
add new headers
./libmpcodecs/ad_realaud.c
added new headers
./libmpcodecs/vd_realvid.c
added new headers
./libmpcodecs/vd_qtvideo.c
added new headers
./libmpcodecs/ve_vfw.c
added new headers
./loader/wine/mmreg.h
commented code not required here
which caused issue.
