[MPlayer-dev-eng] Copyright

Hi!

I would like to add a Copyright file to CVS.  I had envisioned
something like the attached file.  It is inspired by past Debian flame
wars and the README of FAAD2:

http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/*checkout*/faac/faad2/README?rev=1.3

This should make some people happy and is also a nice piece of
documentation.  Do you like it?  OK to commit?  What's missing?

Oh, and what should I write for the actual copyright?  MPlayer team
like in the console output?
