Yeah, that's leftover from the patch I was basing mine on.
I'll remove it.

I won't mess with SDL. I think a revised version can be committed
without SDL, and SDL can be added later when someone qualified gets
around to doing it.
I'll send a new patch with these DOCS revisions once someone can
tell me that the vo's that should work, do work.
