Hello!

As there hasn't been any reaction since last week, I'm resending this 
Sorry if I seem a bit impatient, but I'm really sure this patch is right 
- and if it isn't I'd like to know what I overlooked ;-).
Sascha Sommer had some objections but did not yet respond to my response.
Main objective of this patch is to make vo_w32_fullscreen behave more 
like vo_x11_fullscreen.
