[MPlayer-dev-eng] ffmpeg inconsistency

Why was the 'mpegvideo' lavc codec disabled? -vc ffmpeg12 won't work now!
Using separate ffmpeg1 and ffmpeg2 has no sense at all.

Please add backward compatibility ASAP.
