Hi!

I've reworked my faad detection patch a bit, Dominik, James Bilotto,
Björn Sandell please test, this should also fix the version detection.

I've removed --enable-faad option and replaced it with
--enable-internal-faad and --enable-external-faad.  Both are
autodetected, if internal fails it falls back to external faad.  It is
possible to force both options with --enable-xxx-faad.  None of this
worked before.

This has been thoroughly tested by me on Linux and on Cygwin with a
broken gcc, it should work and be free of bugs now (TM).  The code is
shorter and much clearer than before.  If the tests uncover no
problems I will commit this in a few days.
