Don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but the compile now fails for
me in libmpcodecs/ad_faad.c; the errors seem to derive from not finding
"../libfaad2/faad.h". The libfaad2 directory does not exist on my
system; if something beyond a simple "cvs update" is required to create
it, I don't know what that is.
