[MPlayer-dev-eng] VP4 support

Hi all.
I just committed a patch to support On2 VP4 coded files.
Dll and a sample (created by me with virtualdub) are available on the 
ftp under /vp4

The codec also decodes VP3 files.

Codec is freely downloadable ftom http://www.on2.com/vp4.php3

If you have any official sample (i.e. not created by youurself with the 
codec) please upload.
The sample from their site is streamed by rtsp with an unsupported 
payload format (X-VP3 IIRC), so i was not able to download it.
