Yes, i noticed :(((
Someone should go and finish VP3 decoder in ffmpeg/libavcodec.
It's almost coplete, just need to fix UMV instead of clipping motion
vectors to image aera. Shouldn't be a difficult work, for someone who
knows that codebase. Unfortunatelly, only Michael knows that, and he
doesn't seem to be insterested in fixing vp3 :(
Once we have working vp3, we could add theora header parsing, so
the vp3 decoder could be initialized from tables tored in file,
instead of builtin static data. Afaik no other difference between
theora and vp3.
