[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] dvb input docs

Diego,

I added to mplayer.1 the list of options accepted by the input module, 
and to video.html (in the DVB section)  a users' guide;
in etc/ is the usual example of menu.conf file.

Naturally they are valid only if this patch is applied:
