[MPlayer-dev-eng] libmenu: missing include libgen.h

Hi,

Sending this to both groups since some may not be on one or the other.  When I --enable-new-conf and --enable-menu it bombs out when trying to find <libgen.h> included from menu_pt.c.  What package/library should this file be included with?  I am on the latest cygwin install, gcc2.95.3-10.  Latest CVS (MPlayer CVS-021118-08:37-2.95.3-10 (C) 2000-2002 Arpad Gereoffy (see DOCS)). Time stamp is Pacific.
