[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH-RFC] new vo_directfb2 command line options

Hi,
Because I'm sure about policies when adding new switches to mplayer I'm
posting this :-)

I'd like to add two new switches -dfb and -layer.
-dfb is intented to allow user specify some options for DirectFB
library. Like matrox-crtc2,matrox-tv-standard=pal to enable crtc2
output. Switch allows all switches supported by DirectFB in same syntax
as original --dfb: switch from DirectFB. 

-layer forces specific layer to be used for video output and disables
automatic choosing of layer. As argument takes number of desired layer.
For example my g400 has 4 layers (when crtc2 enabled). Layer 0 is
"framebuffer", 1 belongs to BES, 2 belongs to crtc2, 3 belongs to 4th
plane on crtc2 (for DVD subtitles... -has alpha and is palleted).


So invoking mplayer -vo directfb -dfb
matrox-crtc2,matrox-tv-standard=pal movie.avi will redirect mplayer
output to TV connected on second head...

Patch with my approach attache - all comments wellcome.
