[MPlayer-dev-eng] Y422P support

Hi,

libavcodec has YUV 4:2:2 planar supoprt (PIX_FMT_YUV422P) used by
the mjpeg decoder, and by teh deinterlace filter too.
but, mplayer doesn't have IMGFMT for the _planar_ 422, the current
vd_ffmpeg calls y422p->yuy2 converter to workaround it...

we should introduce IMGFMT_422P or better, and add support for that in
swscaler. afaik, teh swscaler can handle any planar yuv formats internaly,
so this shouldn't be too hard to implement. Michael?
