[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] README

Hi!

I'm resending this slightly modified.  No more mention of libavcodec's
troubled past.

Features:

- Spellchecking and rewording as usual.
- Step 0 with complete download instructions in one place, therefore
  removed the download instructions from the other steps.
- CVS instructions
- Mentions ~/.mplayer/ in addition to /usr/local/share/mplayer/.
- More details all over the place.

OK to commit this?
